Shipping on complete bikes

Due to delays in box manufacture, we’re unable to ship new complete bike orders until around the 10th Feb. All currently paid up orders will ship, however unpaid orders not in processing or build queue state will be delayed, we apologise for the inconvenience. Bikes will be shipped on a first ordered-first out basis.

Frames/Wheels etc. continue to ship as normal.

Germany Shipping

We’re sorry but we’ve had to disable shipping to Germany while we reconfigure our system to send without Duty or VAT paid. Due to changes in German customs processes it is no longer possible to send with duty paid, but it will take us a couple of days to work through the changes to the system in order to enable standard shipping again.
