At Bird we’re all about the reuse, and when a product is as good as Hope’s Pro 4 what better option than to reuse it? We take last years demo wheels and give them a new lease of life, helping you save money and us save waste.

Each hub is stripped from the wheel and the rims and spokes recycled. Then we completely strip the hub, deep clean and reassemble it. Each hub gets a minimum of new bearings, main seals, pawls and springs as well as other parts if needed.

When we rebuild every wheel gets new spokes, nipples and rims in the same lacing pattern as before, so any spoke marks are hidden.

Wheels are supplied taped and with Bird insert compatible valves.
