When you receive confirmation of your order, this indicates that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. No contract exists between us until the point at which we provide a final invoice you for the goods. On rare occasions goods that are unavailable or mis-priced may be displayed on our site(s), this occurs where we have inadvertently incorrectly priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price or specification, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price and specification is acceptable. If not acceptable a full refund for the impacted items will be issued immediately. If this also affects the shipping cost a refund will be made for some or all of the shipping costs.
VAT at 20% is included within the price unless otherwise stated.
Returns
If you are at all unhappy with your product, please contact us immediately on 0333 444 0650 or info@bird.bike. You have the right to return the product in unused condition up to 14 days post-purchase. You are liable for the shipping costs of returning the item. Once we have received the item and inspected it to ensure it is in as new condition, we will provide a full refund. Should the returned item not be in as new saleable condition, we will contact you immediately to discuss a settlement.
Offers and Sale Prices
From time to time we will make offers and sale prices available. These offers are made for in stock items only. We may at our discretion allow back ordering on sale items, however we do not guarantee this.
